- 400g raspberries
- 200g granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp lime juice
- 675 ml Yorg Original
- Blend the raspberries, sugar and lime juice for 15-20 seconds to puree. Sieve the mixture and combine with the yoghurt. Preferably cool for 2 hours.
- Place the mixture into the bowl of the ice cream machine and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve with fresh fruit and a shortbread biscuit.
