Classic scones with jam & clotted cream

The Ingredients

  • 400g raspberries
  • 200g granulated  sugar
  • 5 tbsp lime juice
  • 675 ml Yorg Original


  1. Blend the raspberries, sugar and lime juice for 15-20 seconds to puree. Sieve the mixture and combine with the yoghurt. Preferably cool for 2 hours.
  2. Place the mixture into the bowl of the ice cream machine and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit and a shortbread biscuit.
